Low carb high protein drinks and snacks recipes needed (WITHOUT protein powder)? - salmon yogurt recipe
I lead a balanced nutrition to my diet, I am looking for recipes high in protein and low carbohydrate snack shakes) (or cash, especially after training. Of course I know with the beaten egg whites and fruit and yogurt mixture to 2% in the diet of tuna or salmon, creating a protein-rich meal, but you can not eat tuna to 6 clock, after the training ...
IMPORTANT NOTE: As I searched the Internet, all the proteins shakes protein powder ... I do not need that. I would like recipes that are made of natural ingredients that everyone can find on the market, not in powder form and so on.
And if possible, with the recipe, I would say the amount of calories per serving.
