What is the best method for cooking Chinese BBQ pork? - chinese bbq pork
I have several recipes and methods, some say the meat is roasting, and some say to cook in the oven. Which is better? Also this piece of meat traditonaly used? Most recipes I read say that the use of lean meat, but I prefer something a little thicker.
