depends on the size .. Picture that I made in my head, not just good, but 120 is a steal .. If you are a small tattoo with a good amount of detail, I would say $ 120 is a fair price. Just make sure that the person knows what they are doing, and we have seen earlier works. It will take time, but you have to browse the rest of your life! Good luck
