Vegetarian Salad Recipes Anyone Know Of A Good Vegetarian Salad Recipe?

Anyone know of a good vegetarian salad recipe? - vegetarian salad recipes

I'm not a vegetarian, but I'm a friend of mine, and who this salad the other day and it was very tasty! Although I am not sure if that's what it means, as a salad, there are different types of salads. :) Anyway --

You need the following ingredients:
1 SM. to med onion, chopped
1 teaspoon of soup. Olive
15 oz can spicy beans, undrained
1 cup of broth
10 oz corn with peppers and drained,
10 oz pkg. cos
2 cups taco chips, crushed
1 cup Pepper Jack cheese
1 / 2 cup cream

In a large pan, sauté onion in oil until soft. Add to cook beans, corn and sauce, and 2-3 minutes, until hot. Place Romaine in a large bowl and mix with the beans, taco chips and cheese. Enjoy!

Caesar Salad Recipes

Ingredients:

Romain Lettuce
Croutons
Parmesan

Dressing:

Salad oil 1 / 2 cup olive oil or other
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 egg
1 / 2 can anchovies or anchovy paste to taste (optional)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon juice
1 teaspoon vinegar) (plain or with flavor

Carefully wash some lettuce in a bowl with cold water washing. Dry the lettuce in a clean cloth or salad spinner.




Carefully break the leaves into a little bigger than small pieces and place in bowl.


In a bowl, add dressing ingredients and mix with a whisk or electric mixer.

Add Parmesan cheese and croutons on the salad, and pull gently. Add dressing just before serving.

Add dressing sparingly, pulls gently until the salad leaves hardly slept.


Pasta Salad

1-Pasta

In form, color, tube, with the taste, too much choice. I would buy a bag of mix, which adds a nice colorBased on the record.

2-vegetable

Everything is here, whatever your palate desires. The most popular are ...

Celery
Onions, any kind
Olives
Carrots
Broccoli
Small cherry tomatoes
Cucumber
Green pepper, red, yellow, orange, jalepeno



3-Other

Garlic
Parmesan
Salt, pepper, spices
Chicken
Seafood


4-Dressing

You can add your favorite bottled dressing or a fundamentally new. There are 2 basic


Creamy


1 cup mayonnaise
2 v. soup. Wine or cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of tea. Basil
Salt and pepper to taste

You can substitute yogurt or mayonnaise for the yogurt, mayonnaise and mix with salad dressing base.

Can lemon juice instead of vinegar.


Dressing

1 tablespoon olive oil / 4 cup salad
3 c. Soup. Balsamic vinegar of wine, cider, etc.
1 clove garlic, minced
Tea 1 tsp basil or oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Light Chickpea Salad

1 16-ounce can chickpeas, drained
3 sticks celery, diced
3 / 4 cup vegan mayonnaise
2 v. soup. Lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of tea. chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of soup. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

- Mix the beans and celery.
Add the remaining ingredients and season.
-Serve in pita or a salad.

Makes 4 servings

Black Beans Black Beans cooked
10 oz
Soybeans (Edamame) Soybeans (Edamame) shelled
1/2cup
CilantroCilantro chopped
1/8cup
Red wine vinegar
1/8cup
Olive
1/2teaspoon
Kosher salt
1/2teaspoon
Black Pepper

In a medium bowl, release all the ingredients and let stand for 30 minutes before serving for 2 days in advance and can be cooled.
